Kimberly Tollman Carpenter Memorial Scholarship Fund

Background

Kimberly was a beautiful child of God, wonderful wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was born February 23, 1969, and left our world on October 22, 2010 at age 41. Kimberly dedicated herself to serving the Lord by caring for her family and positively influencing others. She maintained a lifelong love for athletics and teaching. Even as an adult she remained athletic, participating in a triathlon in Mill Valley and completing marathons in San Francisco and Portland. She was an active volunteer with the Red Cross, local EMT unit, and in numerous other schools, churches, and community related activities. Kimberly was preparing to graduate with her teaching degree in Physical Education to further enhance her gift for coaching others. Giving this scholarship would be a gesture Kimberly would make if she were here today.
